2. I send you a link to a secure remote connection tool (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer).
3. You click the link, give me permission, and I can see and control your screen.
4. I diagnose and fix the problem while you watch. You can stop the session at any time.
5. When the session ends, I no longer have access to your computer. Nothing is installed permanently.
